DEPOSITS
We require the payment of a non-refundable deposit of $ 250.00 at the time you select your puppy.
If you will be picking up your puppy or having your puppy shipped the balance has to be paid in full on or before the puppy turns six weeks old.
* Puppies are chosen in the order we receive the deposits.
* Deposits to reserve a puppy are 250.00 and that is taken off the puppy price * We will need your name, phone # ,
address , and email address.
* We accept Money Orders & checks. If sending checks or money orders your payment must clear Our bank before we ship Your baby to You. NO EXCEPTIONS. If You are picking up Your puppy We only accept cash for the payment.
* If you will be mailing your payment, it is best to use Priority Mail to ensure that your payment gets to us within 7
days.
* If we do not receive your deposit within 7 days, we cannot hold the puppy of your choice and it will be re-listed
for sale. Unless arangments have been made with Us.
* Should you decide not to purchase the puppy you have picked out after we have received your deposit, you will
lose the deposit.
* All payments are non-refundable once they have been received by us unless other arrangments have been made with Us.
* Payment of puppy price and shipping price is due in full by 6 weeks of age.
However, if it will be necessary that your puppy be shipped, the balance must be paid in full PLUS the shipping
costs must be paid two (2) weeks prior to shipment. Shipping is $ 450.00 and is not included in puppy price.
* We do not guarantee the color, height, or weight of any of our puppies/dogs. We can tell You what We feel it will be.
* Your Alaskan Malamute puppy will not be done with vaccinations or de-worming after you receive your pup. It is up to You to keep Your Malamute up to date on all shots and Vet check ups.
* Your Puppy can not be picked up or shipped before 8 weeks of age.

HEALTH GUARANTEES : PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY...
Qualifying Examination: The new owner(s) has 24 hours from the above sales date and time to have the purchased Alaskan Malamute checked by a veterinarian of their choice in order to qualify for the guarantees below.
To the New Owner: Please follow your veterinarian’s recommended vaccine schedule. We recommend feeding Alaskan Malamutes large breed puppy food for the first 24 months of life. After that point, we recommend switching to large breed adult dog food.
Life-Threatening Illness: Malamute Haven Kennel offers no guarantee against illnesses or accidents not contracted on Malamute Haven Kennel's premises, and takes no responsibility for associated veterinary bills. If the veterinarian examination ( that is done within the 24 hour period ) reveals that the puppy/dog has a life threatening illness, the buyer has an additional 24 hours to return the Alaskan Malamute to Malamute Haven Kennel (at their expense), along with a detailed written statement from the treating veterinarian about the animal’s condition.
Life-Threatening Genetic Defects: Malamute Haven Kennel further agrees to guarantee the Alaskan Malamute for genetic defects that would be life threatening to the Alaskan Malamute. The diagnosis must be made before 1 years of age. Malamute Haven Kennel does not pay for veterinary bills or travel expenses associated with this condition. If the pup should die of this condition before the end of its 1st year an autopsy is required. The examining veterinarian must send Malamute Haven Kennel all documents and proof of claim relating to this 1st year period. If the claim is valid, Malamute Haven Kennel will require that the animal in question be spayed/neutered or euthanized.
Preventable Illness: Malamute Haven Kennel will not accept a claim for a preventable illness. Failure to vaccinate and provide check-ups for Your Alaskan Malamute in accordance with veterinary recommendations for standard practice voids this contract.
Claims: Malamute Haven Kennel reserves the right to evaluate all claims and reject those deemed invalid for reasons described above.If the claim is valid, Malamute Haven Kennel will require that the animal in question be spayed/neutered ( and returned to Malamute Haven Kennel ) or euthanized.Then the Alaskan Malamute will be replaced when another animal of similar appearance and equal or greater value becomes available. If the replacement puppy/dog is offered and not taken, then the claim will be considered null and void from that point forward.
We do require you to put Malamute Haven in front of your malamute's name. ( ex ) malamute Haven's "name".
Rescue: Before turning this giant Alaskan Malamute over to rescue.. I do not want any Alaskan Malamutes from this kennel going to rescue! It is the new owners agreement that they will contact Me before selling the above malamute to anyone else.They give Me the first choice to buy it back for the same price that it was sold to the above listed Person.
If THE ABOVE STATED MALAMUTE IS SOLD OR GIVING AWAY WITHOUT MY APROVEL AND PERMISSION,THEN THE ABOVE STATED NEW OWNER HAS BROKEN THIS CONTRACT AND WILL PAY ME $ 2500.00 FOR THE ABOVE STATED MALAMUTE. THE REASON FOR THIS IS BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE ACT AS BROKERS FOR OTHER KENNELS TO GET THE MALAMUTES THEN DESTORY THEM TO CUT THEIR BLOOD LINES OR USES THE MALAMUTES FOR PUPPY MILLS. ALL PARTIES KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT. IF EITHR PARTY BREAKS THIS CONTRACT THEN THAT PERSON WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL AND ANY COURT COSTS AND ATTORNEY FEES.
